What information do we need and why?
Mandalina apartments use your data (e-mail, name and surname, mobile phone number, country of residence) when creating a reservation to provide you with the full service you have booked, to have credible data of the person staying and paying for accommodation and for user to be able to communicate with the facility in case of any need related to accommodation or in case of any changes by any party – user/owner.
We do not collect data for the purpose of marketing processing and analysis of consumer behavior in order to display relevant advertising messages or create appropriate offers.
Data for E-visitor system
Upon arrival, the manager or owner of the facility will ask you for personal documents to take a record of all users of accommodation and to enter data into the system of the Republic of Croatia; E-visitor. Purpose of E-visitor is to connect all tourist boards in the Republic of Croatia and provide daily insight into tourist traffic, an up-to-date database on accommodation facilities and accommodation service providers, real-time reporting for statistical and marketing purposes, and better control over the collection of sojourn tax in order to generate higher revenues in the tourism sector.

Are we sharing your data?
Data from the process of creating a reservation and other data about the User will not be disclosed to a third party nor will it be available to a third party unless such an obligation is regulated by applicable regulations.
How long will we keep your data?
We will store the user data we have collected for a period of 60 days after the user leaves the facility in order to have access to the data in case of any unforeseen circumstances. In case of change of the time period we are storing data or the purpose of collecting it, you will be notified in a timely manner and we will ask for your permission to any additional activities beyond the above.
Users have the right to request that we remove their personal information at any time.
